Verily Lightpath is a proactive, dynamic, and responsive personalized health program delivered through the Verily Me app. Built on Verily Pre, the AI-native platform for precision health. Lightpath integrates health coaches and an advanced licensed clinical team — physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and registered dietitians with medical provider coverage in all 50 states — to serve a variety of clinical needs based on member input.
Its care modules and pathways are dynamic, personalized, and leverage AI as a self-learning system to help members achieve their goals by driving behavior change through rapid feedback loops. This enables Lightpath to help members overcome barriers, either in partnership with their current providers or by working with Verily's advanced clinical care teams.

Lightpath is a comprehensive, flexible care solution that’s supported by a deep bench of licensed providers, inclusive of medical provider coverage in all 50 states, and paired with AI-enabled support. The solution offers multiple care pathways based on clinical need, starting with programs for type 1 and type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, weight loss, obesity, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
With Lightpath’s intelligent program design, clinical resourcing is purposefully matched to a member’s clinical need, enabling the right care at the right time and maximizing ROI.
The right support at the right time
Metabolic Intensive focuses on members with uncontrolled type 1 and 2 diabetes or hypertension (A1C of 8.0% or greater, or blood pressure >130/80 mmHg), inclusive of comorbidities. Members will have access to health coaches, physicians, pharmacists and registered dietitians, as clinically indicated, and paired with AI-enabled support. Plus, medical provider coverage is in all 50 states.
